Greetings All. My name is Stacie Dizzley-Streeter aka @BougieBxAnalyst. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst hailing from the great state of South Carolina. I am a military spouse and mother of 6. I have been working in the field of Behavior Analysis for over 12 years. I am a 2011 and 2013 graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Human Resource Management and Development. I am also a 2017 graduate of Ball State University where I earned a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

I started my career working with children on the Autism spectrum, but soon saw how ABA can be used everywhere with anyone. I’m passionate about using ABA to change lives whether that is helping children with Autism, consulting with schools or helping businesses increase productivity by applying Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) strategies. One of my most rewarding moments was helping NICU parents decrease their dependency on alarms before their babies were discharged.  I am on a mission to disseminate ABA and give individuals and organizations the tools to allow them to make lasting behavioral changes. Part of that mission involves filling in the service gaps specifically with adults with developmental differences and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Challenges don’t disappear just because a child aged out of certain services. I’m here to provide support
